1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website operated by AJE Meubles B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 94962944, with its registered office at Hogehilweg 10-A, Amsterdam. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Company — AJE Meubles B.V.
• Customer — any natural or legal person purchasing goods or services.
• Goods — furniture and home goods offered through the website.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed when the Company confirms an order in writing (including by email). The Company reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in EUR (€), USD ($) or GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment terms are specified at checkout or in the relevant invoice. Title to the goods passes to the Customer upon full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery to the agreed address.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Consumer customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.

7. Warranty & Liability

Goods are supplied with the statutory legal guarantee. The Company's liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of AJE Meubles B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
